Extension was born through the recognition of a need for an efficient and elevated training experience taking place outside of a traditional commercial gym setting. Having a trainer that comes to you allows you the luxury of training in your home, at your office, or even outdoors. FOUNDER AND HEAD TRAINER —
LUCAS FEGARAS

Lucas is a certified RHEP with the Ontario Fitness Council with specialty certificates in Fitness and Health Promotion and Resistance Training. He has spent the past decade studying, digesting and implementing correct movement patterns. His clientele includes those of all ages and abilities — from busy executives working to fit exercise into demanding schedules, to clients in need of post-surgery rehabilitation, to retirees focused on maintaining mobility, to Olympic athletes performing at the highest level. He is able to cater his training regime to the specific needs and goals of each unique client by focusing on movement for function and use.

Lucas began his career working with the University of Waterloo’s football team providing athletic therapy services. This allowed him to work with high-performing athletes on a wide range of programming ranging from injury prevention, to strength training, to metabolic conditioning, to injury assessment and rehabilitation.

From there he spent several years working one-on-one with clients at one of Toronto’s largest gyms, quickly rising through the ranks to become the company’s top rated personal trainer across both Canada and the United States.

Recognizing that the level of service and experience he aimed to provide to his clients would be better achieved outside of a traditional gym setting, Lucas began providing private in-home training services to clients within Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood in 2019. As his business and reputation grew, so too did his service area, which now includes Summerhill, Rosedale and Forest Hill.

Lucas specializes in programming focused on rehabilitation, postural correction, strength based movements, bodybuilding and weight loss. Lucas is known for his ability to hold his clients accountable for their goals, his around-the-clock service, and his detail-oriented approach.
